We'll be packing up the caravan and heading south very soon. We were hoping to drive through Birdsville to William Creek and fly over Lake Eyre (Kati Thanda), but it looks like the road through is still flooded.
But we still plan to go to Coober Pedy. We won't stay at William Creek because we can't get the caravan through, but we might do a day trip, and we will definitely fly over Kati Thanda. I'll be sure to update you with photos here and in my newsletter.
I will put them on social media, but the platforms have consistently been minimising reach unless we pay for the privilege.
