Last year I enjoyed visiting libraries. It was awesome to meet the staff, and chat with readers. I even did my first public reading, which to my amazement, I didn't stuff up.
Because I had so much fun, I've extended my tour this year to include more libraries along the route.
The Winter Tour will see the launch of the last Opal Fields book featuring Constable Jenny Williams. Her Stolen Bones will be out late May, early June and will be the featured book for this leg of the tour.
But don't despair, I will be travelling with all my popular books onboard. I write in series, so I often recommend readers start with book 1, Her Buried Bones and I will have plenty of stock on board.
If your library isn't on this list and you are based between Cooktown and Yeppoon, then get on to your library now. I may have a few spots left in my schedule to squeeze another library or two in.
