On a flight home from her bachelorette party in Adelaide, Constable Jenny Williams befriends a young woman. They have a lot in common, especially their pending nuptials.

The conversation is flowing, the mood optimistic—Until the young woman begins to vomit, convulse and dies in Jenny’s arms.

The sudden manner of death leaves Jenny asking questions and desperate to follow up on the case—but her sergeant insists she’s just in shock. When the ambulance transferring the woman’s remains from the airport is rammed from the road and the body is stolen, the choice is taken from their hands.

The bold move sparks an investigation which reveals this poor woman may have succumbed to a poison or contaminate—one which could claim more victims.
